Our extensive, carefully curated wine list features a great variety of Italian wines, including some of the most prestigious producers, such as Ornellaia and Sassicaia- all served by the glass. The list is divided into four main categories according to taste and intensity: Bright & Lively; Clean & Earthy; Smooth & Velvety; Big & Luscious.

Small / Medium / large

A different kind of dining experience: Dishes are presented as small, medium, and large portions to encourage food and wine pairings. A small is a small bite expressed in a unique way, a medium is a standard individual portion, and a large is a double portion- perfect for family style dining.

By placing an emphasis on wine, we encourage our guests to select their food based on their preference of wine.  Our Wine Menu is divided into four categories according to taste & intensity: Bright & Lively, Clean & Earthy, Smooth & Velvety, and Big & Luscious.  We take great pride in our carefully curated list of over 100 Italian wines, all available by the glass or bottle.

We invite our customers to consider how their food can enhance the flavor of the wine and vice versa. This way, we can offer our guests' taste buds an incomparable and creative dining experience. Our food menu was specifically designed for Mulino a Vino based on our sophisticated yet approachable wine list by our Executive Chef. Exquisitely plated, Chef Massimiliano Eandi's energetic approach brings together a unique menu that spans from delicately creamy to bold and spicy. Our dinner menu is set up for food and wine pairings. We offer everything in three different portions: Small, Medium, and Large.  

A Small is a taste or a small bite, a Medium is a standard individual portion, and a Large is a double portion, best for family-style dining. We invite you to try as many dishes as you like, and your server can help you choose the right size.
